Who is behind ConnectBridge

ConnectBridge is a product of OptumFlex Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Indian software company founded in 2017 (CIN U74999UP2017PTC096767), with its registered office at Sector-MIG Plot No. 2, Rajendra Nagar Colony, Pirnagar, Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh 233001, India and its operations office at Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, India.

OptumFlex also builds the software that 70+ Research Analyst businesses run on, at optumflex.live. ConnectBridge brings the same engineering to the investor's side: the orders, and the rules that guard them.

It never holds your money or shares. They stay in your own broker and demat account, and you can disconnect at any time.

Funds and shares stay in your own broker and demat account. We never hold money or securities, and never pool orders.

Dedicated server, static IP

Each account gets its own cloud server and IP, in line with SEBI's framework for retail algorithmic trading.

A session you start each day

Nothing is sent unless you start today's session. It ends on its own every night.

Kill switch

One switch blocks every new order. Exits stay allowed, so you can still close what is open.

Verified and recorded

A one-time video verification, and a full record of consents, sessions and orders.

Secrets stored encrypted

Your broker API secret, PIN or password, TOTP secret and session token are stored encrypted, and used only to send your orders to your broker.
