When does my plan start?
The moment the payment is confirmed. The confirmation is shown on screen and recorded in My Transactions.

No. The prices shown are before GST, which is added at checkout.
What is the difference between the durations?
Only the period and the price. Every duration includes the same platform; a longer period costs less per month.
