Complaints and grievances

  1. Write to support@connectbridge.live with your registered mobile number and what happened. Include dates and screenshots if you have them.
  2. If you follow a Research Analyst, a complaint about their recommendations goes to them, under their own SEBI registration; their details are in your portal and onboarding documents.
  3. For a securities-market complaint, you can also use SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR.
